Then he turned us over to Arthur Martel to go through the financial pieces. Arthur managed to set everything up easily and very much to our satisfaction. Although he was not in on Friday when we picked up the car, all the necessary work was in order. Don Richmond went through everything point by point in a thorough and friendly manner. Brian McGrath spent a tremendously long time with us, explaining all the features of the Prius (aside from the automotive pieces!). Much patience!!!! And George circled back to be sure everything was in order and to our satisfaction. So i went back and purchased a new "used" 2010 Toyota rav4 and I am so grateful I did. This is the 3rd Toyota that we haver purchased from Tufankjian Toyota. Although we contacted several other dealerships for quotes on our new Camry, Tufankjian was able to beat the lowest other offer a Tufankjian Toyota. Although we contacted several other dealerships for quotes on our new Camry, Tufankjian was able to beat the lowest other offer and also get us financing 1.74% when our credit union was only able to get to 3%. As usual it was a no-pressure, positive experience. We will be back again next year when it is time to replace our Sienna. More

I went into the dealership to get service done on the Prius, free by the way, and spotted a nice looking 2012 Avalon LTD. BRAND NEW. I had a 2005 Avalon LTD. Well, with the help of Steve and Arthur Martel I bought it. GORGEOUS brown color. Pretty much end of story. This place is just great. Clean, well lit, and the people are so friendly. "Bait and switch" O'Brien tried to sell me, after I had completed all paperwork and finance approval, a 2012 vehicle. Upon discovery, Bill told me the 2013 "wasn't available yet." Then they tried to skirt the issue and alert me that I should have known...One of the managers "flipped me the bird" by pointing to a sticker on a 2013 vehicle because he was mad that he now had to offer me the same deal on a 2013 model because his salesman tried to screw me. They were all a bunch of bullcrap artisits. I can't imagine how many seniors and other people who have been taken advantage of at this dealership. Shame on them. More

I shopped around the Toyota dealerships near me (Copeland and McGee) and was, frankly, put off by their lack of interest in working with me. I felt I had some equity in my 2010 Highlander (which I leased fr and McGee) and was, frankly, put off by their lack of interest in working with me.
