I worked with both Viet and Arthur to buy my car, and I only have good things to say about both of them! they communicated with me through out the entire process. Viet, made sure I understood everything ab only have good things to say about both of them! they communicated with me through out the entire process. Viet, made sure I understood everything about my car from the interior features all the way down to the safety features in the engine bay. Even though the car was already extremely clean, he made sure to give it a final wipe down so it was immaculate. Arthur remembered me from when I bought my last car and made the financing process incredibly seamless but also made sure I understood everything I was signing. Never once did I feel pressured into buying or signing something either. Both Viet and Arthur were great and incredible helpful through the entire process and it truly made it a quick and seamless process! More

Recently purchased a new car at Toyota of Braintree. We appreciated not feeling any pressure during the process. All of the staff was very professional and answered all of our questions. I actually left another dealership (for a number of reasons) but was so relieved to find Toyota of Braintree made the process very pleasant. Also had a lovely conversation with George S from the sales department and it was not related to our particular sale….just a nice conversation while we were waiting for delivery. We would recommend this dealership. More
