My overall experience at Honda bridgewater was good. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Nate Daniels and he showed me a few vehicles. He worked with me to make a deal. It was a bit more than I wanted but it was doable. The process unfortunately took too long. The only thing I found to be irritating and annoying is the service charge on using my credit card. Before Covid no one ever added a service charge, now they use it as an excuse to get more money from you More

Honda of Bridgewater was a pleasure to deal with. I had visited and spoken with at least five other dealers and found some to be frustrating to work with, many adding on unwanted extras. Honda of Bri I had visited and spoken with at least five other dealers and found some to be frustrating to work with, many adding on unwanted extras. Honda of Bridgewater was far more professional and transparent. Arthur was highly knowledgeable about the vehicle and very helpful walking through features during our visit and pickup. Dealership isn’t always prepared, but Arthur makes sure we have as much as possible taken care of in advance to make up for that! Arthur is hands down the reason come back.
