I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and I never had such a knowledgeable salesman as I had with Arthur Chen. When it came time to take possession of my new vehicle, he was in no rush, and showed me everything that I was getting, hooked up my phone, explained the navigation system usage. And the list goes on and on of what he could do to make me feel comfortable with my new vehicle. Arthur Chen, in my opinion, needs more stars than what you have listed as the maximum of five. I brought many people over to Honda of Bridgewater to purchase their vehicle, but this was my first purchase of a Honda, and found everyone to be so nice. Had many contacts with Jane and Marlon, besides Arthur, and they were also wonderful to work with and speak to.
