What really stood out was how committed Arnold was to making sure I was getting the most for my money. He listened to my needs and guided me toward the vehicle and lease option that made the most sense for my lifestyle and budget—not just what was available, but what was truly the best fit for me. As a parent, he also took into consideration some safety features and spacious room for my everyday accessories to fit. We were provided water and snacks throughout the day as we took much needed time to make the best decisions on which vehicle to follow through with. I was guided thoroughly through the process of getting new insurance as well. Arnold made life much easier too- he showed me how to navigate the Mazda app which allows me to start the car from my phone. In the hot summers this will be my favorite attribute to my brand new lease! Arnold has also helped several of my family members in the past, and each experience has been just as positive.
