It's been 59 days since purchasing my 2024 Mazda CX-50 Certified Pre-Owned from Lester Glenn in Toms River, NJ, I'm dealing with phone connection problems and noise disturbances, since the date of purchase. It was brushed under the rug by, salesmen Haad and Will....GM Chiam...Service manager Anthony, and the horrific woman in service Kathy. My phone works perfectly in my Mercedes, Kia, and Hyundai, yet Mazda blames MY PHONE instead of properly investigating the vehicle! The Mazda corporate representatives have been extremely condescending, and my experience with both Lester Glenn and Mazda corporate has been absolutely disgraceful. I am being dismissed, disrespected, and left fighting for answers after spending thousands of dollars. WHERE IS THE ACCOUNTABILITY? I'm getting excuses instead of honest answers and real solutions. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Mazda. Do you really want to spend your hard-earned money with a company when you you cannot trust how it handles your complaints? I certainly wouldn't recommend Mazda based on my experience. BUYER BEWARE! DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE BUYING A MAZDA.
