As a new Ray Chevrolet customer, I found the on-line and in-person sales processes to be clear and well organized. Our salesperson, Jonathan was professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicle we pur in-person sales processes to be clear and well organized. The finance team provided a number of options to complete the purchase and a "no pressure" review of available service contract products. While we haven't interacted with the service department yet, if they approach their jobs in the same way the sales team does, I anticipate a long-term relationship. More
