He even helped us in a personal way with some health related suggestions that I have been using for the last few years and every now and then he will check in just to see how my family is doing. We are in the process of our second lease through Mercedes and it has been a pleasure thus far. A true gentleman and a pleasure to work with and my family will be leasing with Mercedes and Arno for many years to come. Thank You for caring. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! After having a bad accident with a drunk driver and totaling my car, I went into this dealership looking for a car in a whole new light. Arno immedia After having a bad accident with a drunk driver and totaling my car, I went into this dealership looking for a car in a whole new light. Arno immediately understood my new concerns for a super safe car and was extremely understanding and intuitive in his assessment of what my likes and needs were. He took as much time with me as I needed and never made me feel silly or rushed. He handled me with kid gloves and a tremendous amount of compassion and care. He even encouraged me to purchase a car that was $10K less because he wanted me to feel as safe as possible. I can't put into words how his exceptional customer service and professionalism and also respect for my time when it came time to take delivery of the car was appreciated. Anyone reading this most likely understands how rare it is to have a great experience buying a car, but coming in and asking for Arno will get you just that. A++ to this spectacular specialist!!!
