If the words Duty and Honor are something you keep inside and never expect praise, but you consider those qualities paramount, and meet all the challenges along the way, then IMHO you are an exceptional person. Mercedes Benz is an exceptional automobile. It is a fine example of a terrific reward. There is one in my driveway now. I searched many fine car dealerships and compared many different autos and because of Mr. Arno Orsini and his vast store of knowledge I purchased from his dealership. I'm a regular guy. I am not someone who can purchase a Mercedes as an afterthought. I did some due diligence and decided to buy either an Acura MDX, Lexus RX, or a M Class SUV. I drove them all, made several trips to each dealer and sometimes multiple trips to different same company showrooms. I have previously owned an Acura, as well as a Lexus, so when I went to Mercedes Benz I walked in blind. If these cars were similarly equipped, why was the Mercedes a bit more money. That's when Mr. Orsini became passionate about his product. We went inside the engine hood, crawled under the the rear of the car, checked out the finishing edges of the metal, compared door hinges and the difference in quality of parts. We've all heard about costs, what about quality? That's where the German manufacturer shines. Some may say their cars are over engineered, I say they are made better because my family and theirs, are worth the extra safety. If you want to visit a quality Mercedes Benz dealership and meet the most professional salesman I've ever encountered in any profession go to Medcedes Benz of Princeton NJ and ask for Mr. Arno Orsini. If you are like me and have never owned a Mercedes you owe it to yourself to take my advice. I happened to buy a 2016 GLE300d. It drives like silk, and don't let the four cylinder turbo charged diesel engine scare you off. It has a lot of power and I had no trouble getting on the highway. More

Arno has assisted us with our new vehicles since 2008 and he is our go to guy. I purchased the GLA250, and could not be happier. While I knew for the most part what I was looking for, I sat down with Arno and we went through what I wanted and what I needed. He answered all of my questions and advised me on what features would best fit my needs. He made the entire process easy and clear and kept me in the loop the entire time, even giving me updates on production and shipping. Not only is Arno professional and incredibly knowledgable about the MB brand and what the different classes offer, he is also personable and has a great sense of humor. If you are not already part of the MB Princeton family, then I highly recommend you come and take a look for yourself, the dynamic that they promote is unbeatable! I was looking to purchase a new 2015 or 2016 car and was considering Audi, Lexus, Infiniti, Cadillac, and Mercedes Benz. After numerous trips and test drives, I had decided on the MB and I visited two dealerships in the area. After meeting Arno, the dealership question was decided – it would be MB of Princeton. Arno is the most knowledgeable and professional sales person I have ever dealt with in a car buying experience. His goal was clear – to make sure that I made the right decision for me and purchased the car that would be the perfect car for my needs. He succeeded beautifully. He showed a tremendous amount of patients, allowing me to test several different models over several different visits until I found the right one for me. I never felt any pressure to make a decision or pick a specific vehicle – his focus was on me building the right car for me. He made sure that the car was ordered exactly as I designed it and kept me informed on every step of the production process – when it was being built, when it was built and when it was on its way to the dealership and ready for me to pick it up. It was accurate right to the day that the car would be ready for me to take it home. I couldn’t be happier with my 2016 E400 and my experience with Arno as the sales representative for MB of Princeton. When we told him our limit for a monthly payment, he presented us with several options to fit into our budget and even suggested options we would have never otherwise considered. We have leased/purchased many cars in the past, and this is the first time that we never felt any type of pressure or sense of urgency. Arno was always very diplomatic and respected our requirements. After all, Presidents day sales are heavily advertised as a great time to purchase. Anyway, I found myself driving down Rt.1, not exactly sure where I was going to stop. As I approached the Princeton Mercedes dealership, in a split second I turned into the parking lot. As I got out of my car, I felt a bit apprehensive. I had never been into a Mercedes dealership so I may have felt a bit out of place. I walked in and was greeted by a friendly receptionist and she asked if I were there to see anyone. I basically said I just stopped in to look and she called over someone to help. I met Arno Orsini and told him I was interested in looking at the new CLA which seemed affordable and stylish. He was very accommodating and made me feel at ease. He asked if I would like to test drive and off we went. After talking for a bit, it was obvious that the CLA, although very nice, was a bit small for me and Arno could sense that. He made a suggestion, knowing my budget, that he would look into seeing what he could do with a C300 and that he would get back to me in a few days. I left feeling no pressure and treated with respect. Within a few days, we talked again and I agreed to look at a C300 loaner he had detailed and ready for my inspection and test drive. The car was immaculate and after some thought and negotiation, we agreed upon the lease terms. I never felt pressured and I have to honestly say, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks Arno, you are a true gentleman. After visitng multiple Mercedes dealerships across NJ, I was beginning to get discouraged about getting the car I wanted. I called prior to visiting the dealership and spoke with Arno. He showed us all of our options and was not pushy about immediately leasing the car. He also gave my fiance and I time alone to discuss our options privately, which was much appreciated. He offered his opion and expertise which made us feel comfortable with the option we decided. The next day we came back and we were only there an hour tops. He had our car ready to go and was extrememly knowledgeable about showing us all of the features. I am a lifetime custoemr of his! More
