He was professional, knowledgable, and efficient in handliing our purchase. We had a good deal, good financing, and a thorough review of the car's operations and controls. Arno also initiated our phones and setup preferences and introduced us to Michael Kelly who will be our service rep. This is our first MB purchase and we were extremely pleased by our experience! I'm also a Porsche owner (2008 Boxster S) so we have a high expectation of good service and we were most pleased with Arno's excellent representation of your fine dealership. By the way, our car was beautifully prepped and we are delighted by the level of sophistication and fun this auto offers!
