Arno worked his tail off to get the specific GLE she wanted, ie: color and options and he always makes the transaction seamless. So many new upgrades from her 2016 and Arno and Bob Lisi were so patient in going over all the new details with both us. I guess that's why we've been customers for over 20 years. I was very happy when a service advisor talk to me within 10 minutes although I did not make an appointment. While at dealership we also looked at used E350. Mr Arno spent a lot of time with us and looked over a bunch of options He was very patient and gave us right advice as we finalized on the car.
