The whole process was very smooth, and everyone I interacted with at the dealership was extremely nice and welcoming. What I appreciated even more was that Armand didn’t just hand me the keys and send me on my way. He took his time showing me how to use all the features in my new car, helped me get logged into the INFINITI app, and walked me through how everything worked so I felt comfortable before leaving. I never felt pressured or rushed, and everything we discussed was exactly as promised when I came in to sign.
