Arina Romanovskaya Made things way more complicated and
frustrating when it didn’t need to be & was rude.
I purchased a new rav 4 from them and she was annoying and hard to work with. I would never purcha

On the other hand Her manger Paul was super cool , nice & friendly.
It sucks they made it so hard for no reason. Because I wanted to buy a new Camry also.
For my 2nd car I ended up going with another Toyota dealership and I ended up having a great / smooth translation with them.
And super quick.
It was a night and day difference between Longo Toyota and the other Toyota dealership I went too.

Unfortunately it’s not that complicated nor should it be.
Especially when the user has brought the proper legal documents to show proof that everything is in order and correct. And even more so when the sales representative has the user call up the banking Institute five separate occasions and the banks say that it’s OK everything will clear and be OK with 5 separate representatives saying it’s OK.
Then the sales person says “ I have been selling cars and I’ve never seen someone put two people onto one title. The bank will 100 reject this”
Then 4 days later the check clears and everything goes though.
Instead of the sales person (Arina Romanovskaya ) apologizing for the huge inconvenience, it had caused making me go back multiple times. Knowing I live a couple of hours away
She acted like nothing ever happened.
I can tell Arina Romanovskaya was not happy when the banking Institute representatives all said the exact same thing that it was. She would purposely rephrase the question multiple times confusing both parties trying to get a different response. That was inaccurate. - when she wasn’t getting the response that satisfied her she just got more and more upset.
The proper course of action from the beginning should have been hey this is all super new to us.
As a precondition we’re are going to do X , X and X , if everything goes though then X will happen and knowing you live a bit away we can offer vehicle delivery .
But instead I had to talk with Paul and within 3 minutes of speaking with him we were both on the same page and understanding of the situation. When I had requested to talk to Paul Arina got upset and made a remark saying how she’s “never had anyone attempt to talk to her manger before .” I had to ask Paul to meet me in the middle and explain things that Arina wasn’t explaining, then I had to request for the vehicle to be delivered.
The delivery was going to take too long to get. I still had to come down and pick it up.
Also your reply shouldn’t have the customers personal banking information to try and DOX them.
Overall I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with the dealership and how they tend to handle / communicate overall.

Arina made the whole process very effortless for us. We were interested in a new 4Runner. All the other dealerships in SoCal were marking these up well above MSRP. We put down a deposit and were told that our car would be ready in about 6 months. To our surprise a car became available within just a couple weeks. Very smooth online buying experience!! Will definitely be coming back to Longo!

It took a while for my vehicle to finally arrive at the dealership, Arina kept in touch and followed up with me for nearly a whole year. And, when the vehicle finally arrived, it was the easiest car buying experience ever, we signed the documents online and the vehicle was delivered to our house. The difference between the experience Arina and Longo Toyota provided, and what I experienced trying to find a vehicle at any other dealership is night and day. Thank you Arina!
