While I’m sure that the staff does an amazing job the flow doesn’t help the customers. Dropped my car off on Friday, the person they assigned the car to left and didn’t come in Saturday or Monday (the da flow doesn’t help the customers. They had no answers and i got hung up on 4 times throughout the day, waited on hold for 51 min and got hung up on (maybe the phone system is hard to use when pushing the button). The manager finally called after I sent an email to him finding him online. Monday, he assigned the car to another mechanic and they got the job done. Came in, they gave me a discount for the trouble and put a part under warranty (amazing - thank you for eating the cost) but when leaving, the car is doing exactly what i brought it in for. One problem was fixed but, the shaking of the steering wheel…. Still there. Sent me manager a video to explain, maybe we need to see to understand. He said oh no, bring it back in. They run ANOTHER diagnostic (not sure why it wasn’t found in the first one), and it’s a steering wheel coupler, that item is 0.95 online at Hyundai, they quoted me $1,100 for parts and labor. Picked my keys up and went to Jerry Auto & AC with the .95 part for them to put it in. More

I have a 2002 Ford F250 I took it in for an alignment. They came by my house and picked it up Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon I called and asked how was my truck going they said somebody would call They came by my house and picked it up Wednesday morning. Wednesday afternoon I called and asked how was my truck going they said somebody would call me back. They did not. Thursday I called. They said somebody would call and tell me when the truck would be ready they did not. I became angry and wanted to speak to the service manager. He later called and told me everything that was wrong with my truck other than the alignment at this point I was so mad I told them not to touch my truck and bring it back to me. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with Parks Ford. I will never take my truck back to them again. Something as simple as being aligned, they are rifling senior citizens to get more money. Shame on you Parks Ford. They say they’re under new management their service and tactics haven’t changed at all in the past 10 years If you wanna call me, you can my name is Steven Langston.
