An overall good experience though not the most efficient auto buying experience I’ve had at Del. There were some inefficiencies in process where I was left waiting for tasks to be completed that could have auto buying experience I’ve had at Del. There were some inefficiencies in process where I was left waiting for tasks to be completed that could have been taken care of prior to actual delivery. That said, I was pleased with the Del Toyota staff I interacted with. Two standouts were Mitch in Finance (quick, concise finance process) and Antonio as Delivery Tech (great communication skills; responsive to my questions). Kyle Quittner served as my primary Del representative and did a good job guiding the transaction. Of note was his performance prior to delivery. His responsiveness and communication skills were exceptional, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. More
