Our salesman was nice, but BEWARE of pricing games, undisclosed dealer add-ons, and overall scamming to charge more money. BEWARE of a $3000 add-on that they spring on you when in financing. First, we chose the Grand Cherokee that we wanted from 3 similar vehicles. They negotiated on that vehicle and tried to slip-in an additional $500 charge. After that was discovered, they then tried to charge an additional $1300 for the alleged difference between the vehicle we chose and the one they presented to us on paper. When that trick didn't work, they added a $3000 dealer charge for "Window tint, nitrogen in the tires and LoJack." Every vehicle in the place has nitrogen, window tint comes from the manufacturer, and we didn't ask for LoJack, didn't want it and wasn't disclosed to us at all. They just added a $3000 charge onto the final price and tried to tell us they were losing money on the sale. This dealership is sleazy and the entire process was not enjoyable. Be very careful buying a vehicle from Jerry Ulm and read everything they put in front of you. They will screw you if they can. No integrity at all. More

**Five-Star Review for Noel Afanador and Nick Buccina** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I find it most necessary to inform the leadership of Morgan Auto Group about the outstanding performance of two exceptional individuals, No ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I find it most necessary to inform the leadership of Morgan Auto Group about the outstanding performance of two exceptional individuals, Noel Afanador and Nick Buccina, regarding the purchase of my 2025 Ram 1500 Rebel. At the beginning of the process, there was a slight mix-up that required me to return to the dealership to re-sign papers. Initially, I was a bit disturbed, but then I met Noel. He took me under his wing and ensured that everything was in order. When my truck had a warning light that wouldn’t go off, Noel introduced me to the Jerry Ulm Service Department, with whom I am very familiar as this is probably the fifth or sixth vehicle I’ve purchased at this dealership. One of the main reasons I always return is because of Nick. My first purchase was with him when he was a salesman, and it’s clear that his leadership skills were recognized, as he is now the used car manager at Port Ritchie Ford. Please don’t stop there; this guy will take the company far into the future. Noel kept me informed about the status of my truck every day, sometimes three or four times a day. When I recently picked up the truck after having the service module repaired, side steps, and a tonneau cover installed, I was blown away. Noel recommended gloss side steps to better fit the diamond black pearl stripe on the bottom of the truck, making it even more beautiful. I hope this review reaches the highest level of leadership for these individuals. A raise or bonus is certainly in order. These two gentlemen treat the Morgan Auto Group as their own family and provide customers with VIP care. Once you purchase, you’re not just another number—you receive one-on-one attention from these gentlemen. Please feel free to contact me if you’d like to discuss these two further.
