I recently had the pleasure of working with Service Advisor Shelby Wiley at Klaben Ford Service Center, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service I received. When I first spoke with Sh Advisor Shelby Wiley at Klaben Ford Service Center, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the customer service I received. When I first spoke with Shelby over the phone and explained my concerns with my truck, Shelby demonstrated an impressive depth of knowledge about my vehicle’s current issues. From the moment I entered the service garage, Shelby showed a great deal of professionalism. She approached me, introduced herself, and began to check my vehicle in. Shelby explained everything in detail, making sure I understood the necessary process of the warranty repair. I also explained my issue with another local dealership, and Shelby never spoke ill of them. She stayed professional. What stood out the most was her commitment to keeping me updated throughout the entire repair process. I greatly appreciated her constant communication, which helped alleviate any concerns I had. Shelby was not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making the experience much easier. Unfortunately, I did not meet the Service Technician Tyler. I will say that my vehicle had almost 200 more miles than when I dropped it off. That clearly tells me that Tyler took the time to investigate my concerns. He also gave, in great detail, his findings and any repairs he completed. Tyler the truck is running GREAT!!! Thank you! If you’re looking for a knowledgeable and attentive service advisor, I highly recommend Shelby Wiley. Thank you, Shelby and Tyler, for your exceptional service! I was in for an air bag warranty repair. Knowing it was going to be a multi day repair, Gavin made all the arrangements for my wife and daughter to drop off our Fusion and pick up the rental Knowing it was going to be a multi day repair, Gavin made all the arrangements for my wife and daughter to drop off our Fusion and pick up the rental car Gavin had arranged for all in one stop. Professional. I heard from Gavin on Monday about the progress - he asked if I would be okay if the repaired spilled into Tuesday. No worries. We picked our Fusion up Tuesday afternoon. 10 minutes later, we realized the fan blower motor for the heater/defroster was not working. But here is where the rest of the team sprung into action. We returned to the dealer. After confirming, yes, it wasn't working - Anthony told us they need to take the dash back out to diagnose and repair. He got back on the phone with Enterprise, and ten minutes later - we had a vehicle for the night. I heard from Gavin on Wednesday. During the reassembly of the dash panel for the air bag repair, the wiring socket for the blower motor had gotten knocked loose. It happens. Easy fix. Plug back in and off we went. Can't say enough about Gavin and the team in his absence on his day off. Professional effort from start to finish. Well done. More
