I recently bought new rims from Ford and had to have delivered to a dealership. Doing business with you before I chose yours. I had to purchase tires for these new rims and I got a quote from you. What I didn’t know was that there was an additional charge to mount and balance these tires. Never have I been charge that amount to mount tires that cost $1000.00. And on top of that you an alignment on the truck that had only 6100 mi on it. And at the beginning I told not to do. I really think this gouging the customer. I have recommended your dealership to many of my friends for your services but am rather disappointed in what has transpired last week More

Klaben has exceeded my expectations on the car and the service that you provide. When I bring my car in I am made to feel like I am the only customer and am so important.
