It's a shame that the people who are supposed to be the head of service are the cause for this dealership not only losing a service customer but a new car sales customer as well. I hope the owner of this shop gets it and is more selective in who they choose to manage and interact with customers. More

While most of the service was the usual great service the new tires had a vibration at highway speeds.
