Purchased a 2018 Toyota Tundra. Mentioned the issues to the dealership and got no response. Oil also was black as coal 50 miles after they said they changed it. Reccomend you do not purchase from here and especially do not trust absolutely anything they reported to carfax. 2 weeks later I find out I have a slow coolant leak and no response again. They do not care as long as they got the sale. More

A car that was driven off the lot and returned by buyer should not be placed with new cars. Buying a car is so frustrating because of the unnecessary pressure to buy a car and then buy a warranty. No means no! At one point I was circled by sales people. This didn't help. It only caused unnecessary anxiety. I was there to buy a car not to have my heart race and feel like I was trapped. You need to keep in mind that there are many people have PTSD. Being circled may trigger unpleasant emotions. More
