Forgotten I got to Toyota around 1:30pm. Troy was my advisor that checked me in. He asked me what I needed done which was an oil change and tire rotation. He th I got to Toyota around 1:30pm. Troy was my advisor that checked me in. He asked me what I needed done which was an oil change and tire rotation. He then asked me if I would be staying or dropping off the vehicle. Told him I was staying. That was the last I saw of him. I roam around with my 1 year old for over an hour and decide to ask the status of my vehicle. Anthony Stokes was nice enough to get the ball rolling for me but once he asked no one knew where my car was or the ticket that was over it. It took about 10 min to locate my vehicle. I was told it was parked around back and that nothing had been done to it yet. I was then told they would take care of it if I still had time to wait. Of course I stayed because I was in need of an oil change ASAP. I was not pleased that I was forgotten about but I am very thankful that Eddie McDonald fixed this whole mess up with his willingness to take care of my oil change and tire rotation. More

We had a current Tundra through Toyota Financial and made it very clear we did not want our credit ran multiple times. We wanted financed through Toyota Financial. We have no credit issues. We found out that night they ran it more than we approved of but we didn’t know the full extent until we started the process of buying a house in July. We bought from North Point when they owned the dealership multiple times and NEVER had this problem. We will no longer buy from Mcclarty Toyota due to this. Our credit was ran 6 times on that day and they were the only car lot we went to that day. I purchased my Explorer from McClarty Ford and my daughters Kia from McClarty Honda and had a very good experience. More
