The music was painfully loud in the showroom. Honestly, most of the time I couldn't hear what Anthony, my salesman, was saying. I don't know how anyone could work in those conditions every day. Two other disappointments: I wasn't told there was only one key to my car until after the transaction had been completed. It appears that is going to be taken care of, but still, I should have been told while I was on site. Also, I didn't think it was unreasonable to expect that my car's oil level would have been topped off prior to purchase. It wasn't dangerously low, but I was surprised it wasn't at 100 percent. More

I bought a 2025 Corolla LE. Overall I’m happy with my purchase but would not come here for future purchases or recommend this dealership to family/friends. They do $3k + mark up Overall I’m happy with my purchase but would not come here for future purchases or recommend this dealership to family/friends. They do $3k + mark ups above MSRP. Of course they tell you the excuse of “they also have to make money.” The price advertised on the website is not accurate of course. The car I bought was advertised for $22k something and when I went inside they tried telling me it was actually $27k something before taxes, etc which is insane for a base model Corolla LE. After I said I wasn’t okay with that, it was brought down to $25k, I wish I would have tried to negotiate a lower deal or closer to MSRP after friends told me that Longo Toyota sells cars for MSRP price. My experience in the finance office was whatever. I had a 808 credit score so they got me their “lowest” APR which is 4.99%, I still consider it high. Like I said, I’m happy with the car because it’s Toyota and because they took my trade in off my hands, but would probably not come back here in the future keeping in mind they do high markups above MSRP. More
