They made it easy to find what I was looking for. The person that show the car was sweet and told us all about the car in good detail. This dealership is the worst they were supposed to rotate my tires. They forgot to do it. Customer service customer service is terrible. I’ve called him numerous times about a couple issues and they never go my tires. They forgot to do it. Customer service customer service is terrible. What a nightmare! From May 2024-July 2024 Mrs. Williams and Anthony Price completely lied to me and my husband and gave us the run around regarding the issues with my From May 2024-July 2024 Mrs. Williams and Anthony Price completely lied to me and my husband and gave us the run around regarding the issues with my car stuttering when I drove it. We were told my car was being worked on, when in fact it wasn't. Our calls weren't returned, and we were forced to drive up to the dealership to get answered. We were told they had no loner cars available, when in fact another customer was able to get one. We asked on several occasions to speak with the owner of ALM AND THE GM, but neither one cared enough to call us AT ALL. I sent emails to the corp office, but never heard back from them. We were told a claim had been filed through Hyundai Warranty company, when in fact no claim had been filed. They will give you THE best customer service to sell you a car but could careless once its time to repair your car. We were told by Mrs. Williams to drive my car until the check engine light came on, and that NO ONE could drive the car to assess my concerns except for the warranty company (not even a mechanic). It took a sales manager by the name of Ronnie to get to the bottom of what was going on with my car. He was able to get done in a week what the service dept wasn't able to get done in 3 months. My husband went in and demanded to speak to Daniel (the GM), and Ronnie came out instead. Keep in mind that my husband and I went there and asked for Daniel at least 2 times. We were either told he was in a meeting, or out of the office. All this time, my car had a bad coil, and the incompetent service dept couldn't figure that out! So, from May to July the service dept couldn't detect that it was a bad coil!?!?!?!?!? Ronnie was able to get me into a loner car (that the service dept said they didn't have). To add insult to injury, when my car was fixed, I went to pick up my car. Mrs. Williams to my payment, put my keys on the counter, and continued on with her duties. She didn't point me to my car nor did she have anyone retrieve my car for me. For 25 mins, she watched me ask random workers to help me locate my car, which was in the back of the building behind several cars. Mind you, she knew that afternoon that I was coming to pickup my car because she texted me to tell me my car was ready, and I responded and told her I'd be there THAT DAY to pick up my car. So as she looked on through the service station glass, a young gentleman was able to help me locate my car. Thank you, Ronnie for getting done in 1 WEEK what Mrs. Williams and Anthony weren't able to get done from May 4th-August 4th. Ronnie was able to get me a loner car and find the correct diagnosis of my car. Shame on ALM's GM for not caring enough to reach out to me and my husband! Shame on the ALM Gwinnett HR dept for not returning our calls. Thank you, Ronnie, for being a man of your word, unlike the counterparts you work with! More

First of all I made the appointment and asked for full synthetic oil change and tire rotation which they didn’t do at all. They used a synthetic blend and did not rotate the tires at all. So I paid $135.26 and did not get what I asked for. I called them the same day and asked to speak to the service manager and Dominique said that he (Anthony Price) was in a meeting as well as Regan the customer relations manager was in the same meeting and I was told that one of them would call me back the same day which was July 31,2024 and I never did receive the phone call from either one. I was so excited to finally meet Destiny who made the appointment for me and she was so nice but unfortunately if this is how they do business I most definitely won’t be returning to this location to have my car serviced. It’s a shame because our service advisor was also nice that day to but if they aren’t going to do what I requested then that is shameful. I also was supposed to receive a 15 percent discount for being a first time customer and they didn’t know how to do that (apply coupon). Dominique said they could make another appointment to come in and get the tire rotation done but I explained to her that we are over an hour away and it would be crazy for me to come back for that and make that drive again. I think they should refund part of the money that I spent for tire rotation that I didn’t receive. Sincerely, Mary Campbell More
