This was my first time going to ALM West for service to my 26 Palisade Caligraphy. It was a most pleasant experience. From entering the bay until I left I was met with smiles and warmth from all I encounte my 26 Palisade Caligraphy. It was a most pleasant experience. From entering the bay until I left I was met with smiles and warmth from all I encountered. My SUV was telling me it was time for an oil change but it was too soon. Jameel ensured that I knew it was too soon and when to bring it for the oil change. He still made sure to do the 120 point inspection and check for recalls and correct the recall that was shown needed correction. I will definitely be back and will definitely work with Jameel. More

Was not satisfied. My car was there for nearly 4-5 hours and they did nothing!! They were supposed to see did my car car have any oil leaks, but instead tried to charge My car was there for nearly 4-5 hours and they did nothing!! They were supposed to see did my car car have any oil leaks, but instead tried to charge me 100 bucks for an oil change!!! That’s not what I came there for. Plus they printed me out a list of other things that they found wrong with my vehicle, but ignored what I actually came there for. Wasted my time!! More

Employees are always polite. I have had 3 oil changes completed and a recall completed. They do a vehicle inspection each visit. Three of the four times I have gone there for I have had 3 oil changes completed and a recall completed. They do a vehicle inspection each visit. Three of the four times I have gone there for service, they have stated I needed new wipers blades. They were unaware I had the wipers replaced in April by a windshield installer at my house. At the time of this recent visit, my car had 20,000. They marked several things with the wipers to be completed. Told they marked some as I was nearing the 25,000 mark. Yet, when I’ve come in with 90-1,000 mikes until oil change needed, I told to wait. At the first 2 oil changes, I told them that the front right tire had a plug in it so wasn’t sure tires could be rotated. Although my paperwork stated tires had been rotated they had not. This most recent oil change I was told they did it. Went with service advisor to look (my R passenger tire had been missing a valve and during the recall repair they put a black valve on. All the rest were green.). When we hot to my car, tires had not been rotated. Advisor, with me with him, went to ask tech, who couldn’t remember. Tech went and got my vehicle to rotate tires. The advisor apologized and offered to wash and vacuum my car for my added wait. My appointment was at 10:30 for oil change. It was after 12:30 when I left. More
