I received a wonderful service and attention to my concerns (the car needed new tires), and was treated with undersatnding. I trully believe, that Anthony Petito who, was helping me, was just a great listener, and the communicator to have everything done in timely and professional manner. I absolutely recommend this dealership and service department to those who can't make up their mind. And to those who didn't have a positive experience with Paragon, just ask yourselves, if that was just one person who din't have the best day at work (it happens to all of us:),and don't give up hope:) More

I went to 5 Honda dealerships to figure out which SUV I wanted and how little I could pay for it. The people at Paragon were the most helpful. But even if he wasn’t, I still would have bought the Pilot I drove with him because Paragon offered the lowest price. What I paid Paragon for a new Pilot (with all the upgraded features) was several thousand dollars less than I would have paid at local and regional competitors. I had had a very positive experience and I got the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. And they did my DMV work right there very quickly. I also had a good experience with the Honda Finance Manager at Paragon. More

The customers are treated as if they were special guests at some five stars hotel. After you drive to the receiving area of the Service Department,smartly dressed Service Advisors greet you as you exit your vehicle.They then accompany you to their desks. They politely get you comfortably seated. Now,they patienly go over your car problems with you and give you an honest evaluation. They then direct you to their extremely clean and inviting ,multi TV sets equipped waiting room where,hot coffee tea and an assortment of buttered bagels are available, courtesy of Paragon Honda. By now, I have been going to the Service Dept. for a long time. The Manager, Anthony Petito, takes care of the customers as if their problems were his own personal issues. Mr. Petito is also very concerned about the cleanliness of his establishment. I have observed him,in between attending to customers,go aroung and doing janitorial work. I was surprised to learn that he's only the Manager of the Service Dept.,not the owner of the dealership. I also should mention George Carlson, the very competent and customer-friendly Manager of the Body Shop. These guys are the best. Because of Anthony Petito, George Carlson and their well trained staffs, Paragon Honda is the place to do business with. More

we purchased a certified pre-owned 2007 odyssey on a thursday evening. we went back on saturday to have some cosmetic work done and ask about the tires with different DOT manufactured dates. anthony w thursday evening. we went back on saturday to have some cosmetic work done and ask about the tires with different DOT manufactured dates. anthony was great at asking us what was wrong. he insured that all of our points were put into the work order so we would have that documented. he had 4 new tires put on the vehicle and ordered the other parts necessary (some trim and molding pieces). he said he would let us know when the parts came in and further said that we could bundle getting those parts put on with a free service since we were coming to queens from jersey. when we dropped the car off he actually drove us to the closest subway station so we could take the train to the city for lunch with friends. he called when the vehicle was ready. as we were walking from the R train subway station anthony drove past us (on his way home at 4:30pm on a Saturday, i assume), recognized us and gave us a ride the last 3 blocks to the Paragon service center. he also stayed to deliver our car to us and go over what was done and what was ordered. this was the best auto service experience i have ever had. it was honest and sincere customer service. we will continue to have the vehicle serviced at paragon even though it means a 50 mile drive from jersey to queens. More

I felt like the people there are very helpful and honest ...something that I feel most dealership's lack. While you wait for your vehicle...sit and watch tv..or drink some fresh coffee....or so like i do, surf the web on one of 6 computers free to use. Like I said...great experience , I drive in from yonkers and pay a toll....and i't worth it. I am so glad that I learned about this place when I worked in Long Island City....It's like Dunkin dounuts....ITS WORTH THE TRIP 5 star dealer don't change anything guys More

My wife and I had purchased a certified CRV from Paragon and received very good service 3 years before. Recently we experienced a problem starting the car which was eventually found to be a bad battery. I c and received very good service 3 years before. I contacted a local (2 miles away) Honda dealership but was treated unprofessionally and even rudely by their telephone customer assistance staff. So I contacted Paragon (15 miles away, city traffic) left a message for Clive the Sales Manager to please call back. The telephone customer service staff also put me in contact with Eddy in the Service Department. I explained what happened with the other dealership and said I absolutely needed the car running asap for use over the next few days. He apologized for any problems with the other dealership(!) and asked when I could bring it in. It was at the end of the day so we made an appointment the next morning. Clive called me back several hours later and said he would do whatever he could to smooth the repair process. I was unable to get there at opening but arrived by 9:30 AM. I told Angel (Service Department) and Eddie the problem and said I wanted to wait for the car. They said they had a rush of cars come in that morning but would do everything possible to have the car ready that day. I told them I would wait until closing that evening if necessary (I really needed a working car). I got a quick breakfast. To return Clive's courtesy I went to his office and while chatting with him, Eddie call to update me on progress and said the car would be ready within 30 minutes or so (only an hour or so had passed) He explained about the battery and said they wanted to test drive and check the car a bit more to make sure there were no other issues. Clive also stopped Anthony Petito (Service Manager) and explained the problem. Anthony drove me back to the Service Department and after talking with Eddie reassured me that car would be out very shortly. The car was out very shortly. I gave a rating of great for customer service, friendliness and quality of work because they made my problem (including time) their problem. They followed up on a very timely basis; got me in and out quickly for an easy fix problem so they juggled their schedule a bit for me (they had a lot of work - I saw the parking lot) - they were flexible. Their managers let their staff do theirs jobs but followed up with me later to see if I had any questions. This led to a great overall experience rating. Price was great - they charged me for the battery but did not tag on unnecessary diagnostic or other charges. I recommend Paragon Honda very highly and will go out of my way to use their services. There are top mechanics at Paragon Honda in Queens off Northern Boulevard- highest levels of certification in the country- the very top one actually takes service manuals home to peruse as light reading Northern Boulevard- highest levels of certification in the country- the very top one actually takes service manuals home to peruse as light reading- but the BIG KEY REASON for the quality - the very high quality of service there- is the long time service manager- whom customers AND staff, which is remarkable really, GENUINELY love at this relocated and expanded and upgraded Honda Service Center- ANTHONY PETITO. Anthony has the total respect of all the service guys at the desks and every single one of the mechanics in the bay area- you can visibly watch it as he is in that area a lot and and you see how the men talk to him. Why? Because he's a good guy, strong, smart, knows cars in and out and a superb handler of people, very human. Maybe a missing element in a high tech world, which he is part of, too, of course. A very human human being. You couldn't ask for more in a person than this man who has been at Paragon a number of years, took over from another gentleman, Mr Weiss. Anthony just takes care of everyone in the smartest and nicest possible way. All the staff in this area just enjoy being around him... a HUGE asset to the Paragon dealership and everyone from Mr. Benstock down knows that. He's a real gem. I even like visiting there (who really wants to get service? it's like going to the doctor without insurance) to see and say hello to Anthony. From the moment I arrived at Paragon, I received amazing service. Anthony Petito, the service manager, couldn't have been more helpful. He communicated with me throughout the process - telling me exactly what they were doing to my vehicle, what they had found, how they were fixing it, and making sure that I received the best price for the required parts. When my car was returned to me personally by Nestor Dure, one of the service technicians, I hardly recognized it, it looked like a new car! Not only had the repaired the vehicle, they had cleaned it up from top to bottom. My car is driving better and looking better than it has in years. Thank you so much Paragon Honda, I will be back!!
