The facility is complimented by its manager Anthony Petito. Mr. Petito is experienced, professional and trustworthy. He will always provide an honest evaluation of any required service and will treat you respectfully. As a customer, I have always been made to feel like a part of the extended Paragon family. The service is outstanding, from the very first maintenance check up (many years ago) to repairing a front splash guard shield (last week) and everything in between. There are top mechanics at Paragon Honda in Queens off Northern Boulevard- highest levels of certification in the country- the very top one actually takes service manuals home to peruse as light reading Northern Boulevard- highest levels of certification in the country- the very top one actually takes service manuals home to peruse as light reading- but the BIG KEY REASON for the quality - the very high quality of service there- is the long time service manager- whom customers AND staff, which is remarkable really, GENUINELY love at this relocated and expanded and upgraded Honda Service Center- ANTHONY PETITO. Anthony has the total respect of all the service guys at the desks and every single one of the mechanics in the bay area- you can visibly watch it as he is in that area a lot and and you see how the men talk to him. Why? Because he's a good guy, strong, smart, knows cars in and out and a superb handler of people, very human. Maybe a missing element in a high tech world, which he is part of, too, of course. A very human human being. You couldn't ask for more in a person than this man who has been at Paragon a number of years, took over from another gentleman, Mr Weiss. Anthony just takes care of everyone in the smartest and nicest possible way. All the staff in this area just enjoy being around him... a HUGE asset to the Paragon dealership and everyone from Mr. Benstock down knows that. He's a real gem. I even like visiting there (who really wants to get service? it's like going to the doctor without insurance) to see and say hello to Anthony. I know he will do such a great job for me-- as with the many other customers he deals with month in month out. A class A individual who makes things work there. David -- nearly decade long customer Also it's a clean well managed place, thanks to Anthony- and large, too, due to the expansion More

I brought my 2002 VW Jetta into be serviced because I was having problems starting it and because the driver side mirror had been broken off. From the moment I arrived at Paragon, I received amazing service. Anthony Petito, the service manager, couldn't have been more helpful. He communicated with me throughout the process - telling me exactly what they were doing to my vehicle, what they had found, how they were fixing it, and making sure that I received the best price for the required parts. When my car was returned to me personally by Nestor Dure, one of the service technicians, I hardly recognized it, it looked like a new car! Not only had the repaired the vehicle, they had cleaned it up from top to bottom. My car is driving better and looking better than it has in years. Thank you so much Paragon Honda, I will be back!!
