I had a fantastic customer service experience with Paragon Honda. I brought my 2002 VW Jetta into be serviced because I was having problems starting it and because the driver side mirror had been bro Paragon Honda. From the moment I arrived at Paragon, I received amazing service. Anthony Petito, the service manager, couldn't have been more helpful. He communicated with me throughout the process - telling me exactly what they were doing to my vehicle, what they had found, how they were fixing it, and making sure that I received the best price for the required parts. When my car was returned to me personally by Nestor Dure, one of the service technicians, I hardly recognized it, it looked like a new car! Not only had the repaired the vehicle, they had cleaned it up from top to bottom. My car is driving better and looking better than it has in years. Thank you so much Paragon Honda, I will be back!! More

I went today for an oil change and Anthony Petito was exceptional. I have never been to a service center and have such Great treatment. This is the way all service centers should operate.
