Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno is the best dealership in all of Northern Nevada for many reasons. To name a few, let’s start with the fact their staff is extremely knowledgeable. They are always kind. They follow through with what they say they are going to do. Not only is the inside of the dealership, immaculate, they make sure the outside is just as clean. I’ve been to dealerships where there are cigarette buds everywhere throughout the parking lot, but not here.! Not at Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno. From the sales department, to the service department, to the parts department, this team is professional beyond measure. This has been the only dealership I recommend in Northern Nevada and I don’t see that changing anytime soon. Aaron Lauer, Derric Williford, Ben Owing are top notch employees and Lithia is lucky to have them. Rob in the parts department, who is always professional and patient with customers. To everyone out there who is not happy with their current auto shop, bring your vehicle to these guys as they can work on just about anything. You won’t be disappointed! More

Other than a weird kind of shuffle from one service desk to another (Regular to Express??), our service experience was phenomenal! The tech was very attentive to our needs and questions. We were out of ther to another (Regular to Express??), our service experience was phenomenal! The tech was very attentive to our needs and questions. We were out of there in just a few minutes and were confident the amount of time given or estimated to work on our vehicle was going to pretty accurate. And it was! Overall, I’m very impressed with Lithia and am super happy that I purchased an extended warranty with them, knowing for the most part they’ll be the service provider for our family vehicle. Second review first one was not good, And Chrysler Jeep ask if they could call me and talk to me about my bad experience. I sent back a yes. And they never have and to me. That is about a sport customer se ask if they could call me and talk to me about my bad experience. I sent back a yes. And they never have and to me. That is about a sport customer service is I can give other than give no Stars at all. They are closer is weird and made me feel uncomfortable. And I feel like he could have help me a little more with the payment but was not willing to even consider it. Not even ask any questions not even past if I had any more Money to put down to lower my payment. He did not even try. I truthfully would not buy another car from this company. Jess from the lacca customer service and i've been in customer service over forty years and this is very disappointing. More
