I stopped into Lexus of Brookfield to inquire about the new GX550. I met with Tony and we discussed what colors,options and add-ons I was looking for. Be careful of this dealership if you care about service after the sale. We drove 5.5 hours to purchase our Lexus GX at Brookfield. We were told the car already had Xpel PPF applied so we paid for that wit after the sale. We drove 5.5 hours to purchase our Lexus GX at Brookfield. We were told the car already had Xpel PPF applied so we paid for that with the purchase. We were also told the Xpel would be warrantied anywhere we lived. Our salesperson told us there may be bubbles or wrinkles in the Xpel at first but everything would smooth out after 2 weeks. We had a section in the front at the edge that did not adhere well and never smoothed out leaving a crease. When we asked our salesperson to help us find a place to have it fixed his solution was for them to send someone to us 5.5 hours away to pick up our car and drive it back to Brookfield for the repair! There are Xpel dealers near us where we could have had the repair completed but they didn't want to pay for it. I refused to let a stranger take my brand new Lexus on a 11 hour round trip road trip when the repair could be completed locally. I was told the GM would be in touch with me to find a solution. I have texts with the salesperson telling me I should just be happy because I was lucky he sold me the vehicle because he could have marked it up above MSPR and sold it for more. Three weeks later I still don't have a call from the GM. It also took them 5 weeks to send me a check for my overpayment from the payoff of my trade in. More
