No indirect insults or anything but nicely and professionally declined by him and his team only for me to realize later that I was not including the remaining loan on my trade in. That allowed me to go back and renegotiate and his team was willing to entertain my 2nd visit that ended up me buying the beautiful car. Still running strong :).

She would update me about the car and it made me feel like I was actually there. She truly cares about her clients and it shows every single time.
