Great dealership,Ritchie Sutton is responsive and cares. He is the reason that we returned to this dealership. If it hadn't been for his involvement, and the general manager, we were ready to leave and p He is the reason that we returned to this dealership. Anthony should have a value statement upon introduction and should have asked some questions to determine what vehicle is best, what we wanted in a car or other model options. My wife actually asked about an HRV, and he subsequently ignored her opinion. Overall great experience with finance agent, Amos, the dealership and the general manager. First finance person, was useless. He tried to make a deal with us, with incorrect information regarding taxes, he under reported, he charged us for items related to living in Wisconsin, we live in Illinois and he added extra items to the car without discussing with us. We felt very deceived. Very happy with the vehicle, waiting to see how the "owed items" are taken care of and perhaps a demo of the features of our new vehicle. More
