At first was disappointed as the used car we came to see was just sold. We were told sorry but they would do their best to make it right with us. Very nice salesman and very knowledgeable. Service at this dealership, Honda of Kenosha, is prompt and courteous. The maintenance advisors are helpful and informative. I appreciate it when they let me know what services I will need in the near fut and courteous. The maintenance advisors are helpful and informative. I appreciate it when they let me know what services I will need in the near future. Services take less time than what they estimate as well. As a result I choose to wait at the store rather than take the shuttle service to go back home. More

I was really happy with the overall service here. Anthony R. helped answer the hundreds of questions I had. Mousa worked really hard to get me the model I wanted. & Anthony L. was a great salesman, very hone R. helped answer the hundreds of questions I had. Mousa worked really hard to get me the model I wanted. & Anthony L. was a great salesman, very honest & showed me how all of the features worked in the car before driving off the lot. I never felt pressured at anytime during any of my visits. They made the experience of getting a car on my own for the first time very enjoyable.
