Wrote a review for Friday May 21, 2021. Never saw it on DealerRater as Manager of the dealership and service manager were very rude and unprofessional. I was a customer of this location for 11 years and a DealerRater as Manager of the dealership and service manager were very rude and unprofessional. I was a customer of this location for 11 years and a Honda owner for 20 years. I have called Honda of America on this issue. Nuff said, will never do business with Honda of Kenosha again ! More

I was a bit leery as I did the “shopping, so-to-speak” on line. Had to travel 100+ miles to dealership. VERY happy w/first test drive of new vehicle, instructions and info. about the vehicle from Anthony a line. Had to travel 100+ miles to dealership. VERY happy w/first test drive of new vehicle, instructions and info. about the vehicle from Anthony and basically all of his help walking us through the necessary steps to actually purchase my new CR-V! Lifetime powertrain warranty was a nice surprise. The ONLY down side is my need to return to Kenosha twice yearly for Auto Butler. More

Service was amazing. Vehicle was received quickly and I was signed in right away. I received a courtesy vehicle that allowed me to get back to my daily tasks and was on my way within 30 minutes of my arriv was signed in right away. Financed my Acadia this month March the 9th 2021 and when I was driving it during the week after I bought it I thought something felt funny when driving especially when taking off. Called to ask if it could be looked at and to tell them I couldn’t find my License and the last place I had it was there when they took it to take a copy. I got the run around and was told so would be called back to set up a time to bring in the truck to be looked at after all I was thinking possibly with the transmission and I don’t want to finance and be stuck with something with a problem like that because this truck is being bought for my kids to be able to transport them safely. So I never get a call back I call back the next or maybe the day after that and they still can’t find my license but the financing company called me and tells me they never got a copy of my license either so I know the dealer ship had to have lost it because I gave it to them to make a copy for the financing company but I got very little help with this so I ended up having to go pay for a new license and send a copy to the financing company for everything to go through how ridiculous! Then after I had the car a week and a half the oil light comes on and says 18% oil life and I had to pay 81 dollars for a oil change because it’s synthetic oil which I find absolutely appalling how in the world do you not give a car or truck an oil change before it’s sold just horrible I wouldn’t buy a car from this place again very disappointed. More
