I purchased a brand new car. The test drive, car purchase at the dealership was fine. All the issues arose after we got home. The car makes a really loud humming noise that the salesman never alerted us. Out of concern, I took it to a local Honda service and they told me it’s a safety feature. The financing was also awful. The finance personnel never reviewed the final pricing sheet and misled us about warranty - telling us he “upgraded” us when in fact it was a +1245 cost. He also kept referencing us the monthly cost, not the sticker price, not correctly us when we low balled. I left multiple messages w Cory but he never called me back to address. More
