This dealership has always been fantastic. Honest, fair and straightforward with pricing in the service department. I was quoted $93 for an oil change on my Chevrolet equinox but when I went to check out they wanted almost $140! There was no additional work or extra parts needed. This appears to be very close to violating federal trade commission policies regarding pricing and customer interaction. It was bad enough that they nearly doubled their service pricing, or at least so it seemed, but they tried to mask and hide it So the customer doesn’t really know the final price until they check out. In this case, it was close to 40% higher than what they quoted me. Just by chance, the general manager, Anthony, who overheard the service advisor trying to explain to me why the price was so high when he was walking by intervened. I’ve always had my vehicles serviced here. I’ve purchased two vehicles from them and been extremely happy with the experience. However, based on this experience with the service department, I will never go back to visit them. I don’t rattle easy. I expect very little from customer service. I understand that it’s challenging to find decent help. However, this seems to be a business model based on figuring out how to separate you from your money after you’ve committed to having service work done. That just didn’t seem to sit well with me. My husband and I have spent THOUSANDS over the years getting our Ram 2500 serviced and repaired at ATLANTIC dodge chrysler jeep ram. Now that it’s owned by Hanania, we won’t be going back for any servic getting our Ram 2500 serviced and repaired at ATLANTIC dodge chrysler jeep ram. Now that it’s owned by Hanania, we won’t be going back for any services. We bought tires about a year ago, probably a little less, and were told it would come with lifetime free rotations. We went in yesterday to get our tires rotated, not realizing they had been bought out, since they didn’t send letters or information that they wouldn’t honor the previous owners commitments, and told we had to pay for the rotations at the front desk. Anthony overheard the conversation and said because we have a good service history with them, they would honor the free rotations, but not without being rude and argumentative with my husband since he didn’t really explain it well. He stated if our history was only of coming in every 6 months to get rotations, then they wouldn’t honor it, but since we have spent so much in the past on other things there, they’d honor it. Even then, the wording he used was very confusing and when my husband didn’t understand, Anthony became rude. They should not be telling customers they are picking and choosing who to honor the commitments to. And the new owners should not have bought out ATLANTIC without being able to honor those prior customers and commitments made to them. Another man, I don’t remember his name, made fun of one of the prior employees that was there prior to the buy out. Not professional. Will not give them another dime of our money or a second of our time. More

Jaelin Valladares did an excellent job doing a lot of the leg work. He was very helpful in helping me with a number of technical issues necessary to complete the deal and get me on my way in a seamless effi leg work. I have dealt with a lot of Car People over the last 5 weeks or so. General Manager Anthony Danninger was perhaps the most professional easy going person I have ever dealt with in the 40 years I have been buying cars for myself, my family and my friends. I even worked in the industry for many years and Anthony Danninger is by far the gold standard. I highly recommend that you make your way to hanania CDJR, formerly Atlantic Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, on 2330 US 1 S, St. Augustine, FL 32086-5762. You will be pleasantly surprised I am sure. Outstanding Buying Experience. My brother takes his TRX there for service. And I will be taking my new Dodge Durango SRT 392 AWD AlcHemi car there as well for all its needs.
