concord Subaru sold me a used car and assured me that it had gone through their shop and had no issues. This car has issues!!! I get home and it’s leaking a lot of oil and the tire pressure sensor light has had gone through their shop and had no issues. This car has issues!!! I get home and it’s leaking a lot of oil and the tire pressure sensor light has come back on after the salesman said it would be fixed before I picked it up. Only got to take a very short test drive and didn’t realize the car had something wrong with the steering. I had to take it back 5!!! Times to address the oil leak and tire problems. They are refusing to fix the steering column problem that the car has. It literally needs a new steering rack!! The car fax came back clean but I think they sold me a car that has been in an unreported accident. They are not to be trusted!!!! Melissa in the service department was very nice and tried to get everything fixed but the dealership would not approve fixing the steering column. Obviously concord Subaru are crooks or the guys that do the service on these vehicles are not trained well either way I would never trust this company buying anything used from them. Concord Subaru acknowledged that they sold me a vehicle with a major problem and basically turned their back on me.I will do business elsewhere. More

I came from about an hour and a half away, and from the morning when I spoke with them they held the keys so that it wouldn’t be sold before I arrive I came from about an hour and a half away, and from the morning when I spoke with them they held the keys so that it wouldn’t be sold before I arrived in the afternoon. Our Sales rep, Anthony, was a very good listener and got us the best deal on trade and price below MSRP. With current market many dealerships are pricing $2000-9000 above MSRP so it was so nice that Concord us the best deal on trade and price below MSRP.
