I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer from this dealer on 2/5/24. I felt that the experience was one of the best i have had but once home i had a problem with the financing figures which was due really to m 2/5/24. I tried to resolve it but at first ran into difficulty. The salesperson and service manager were extremely responsive in resolving minor concerns. Ultimately the customer service manager acting on behalf of the owner corrected the issue. All i can say is that if you want to deal with a company that sells used cars i would recommend Hampstead. You can judge a company by its values which reflect those of the owner. After 60 years buying used cars this is one dealer that stands out! More

In addition, the car fax they showed me for the car says no accident reported, but when I looked under the hood clearly the car had an accident clips were missing, lose items in the engine area, and paint was mismatched! They charge extra warranties and freight on a used car! I would avoid this place. More
