I come to the dealership with a car in mind. I was approached by Anshu, upon entering the store. He was approachable and kindly brought me to his desk to get started. After brief discussion, I was approached by Anshu, upon entering the store. He was approachable and kindly brought me to his desk to get started. After brief discussion, we went on our test drive. He allowed me to inspect the car to my satisfaction and answered any questions I had. We even took a longer than normal route for the drive. He made the drive a good experience and allowed me time to inspect the car again upon return. Once inside, we got the process started to buy the car. He again, answered any questions and made the process as smooth as possible. During waiting periods, I was brought water and offered pizza as refreshment. Mr. Preston (owner) personally introduced himself and thanked me for choosing his business. I ended up walking away with a new car and I am glad to have done buisness with Preston Ford! More
