Ed went so far as to the find the white car I wanted from another dealership and have it available for me to test drive. The entire process was fluid and enjoyable. Ed's question to me was, "What took you so long to come to us?" I loved my JEEP and wanted to stay with that brand. Tom went above and beyond with my recent purchase of a 2020 Sorento EX. Although I had a newer model Sorento, I found myself needing one with more towing capacity and the EX with the V6 was a great opti 2020 Sorento EX. Although I had a newer model Sorento, I found myself needing one with more towing capacity and the EX with the V6 was a great option (and had less miles). Not only did Tom work to structure a deal to help me with my trade but he also quarterbacked everything that was necessary for delivery: the front bumper was cracked and needed replaced, a tow hitch and harness needed installed, and the car needed a good detail. Tom oversaw the entire process and kept me informed at each step of the way! I started servicing my vehicle at Preston in 2017 and since then I have purchased two vehicles from them. The reason is people like Tom and his dedication to providing a great experience. More
