Overall quality of service was good. Car was brought in for oil change. Inspection discovered coolant leak caused by defective head gasket. Was informed required repair would be covered by warranty and was offered courtesy car for duration of work. When engine work was complete, I was informed that another unrelated issue was discovered during “completion of inspection. I declined to have that repair completed as it was not a warranty repair. I was then advised that they would call me when the car was buttoned up and washed. Three hours later I called back to find out what was going on and I was told the car had not yet been washed and was asked to delay pick up until the next day. Around 10 the next day we had to call again to inquire about the status and were told the car was ready for pick up. Once arriving at the dealership we were asked to wait as the car was still being washed. Some 30 minutes later we were told the car was ready. When we got to the car it was wet, there were grease marks on and around the hood of the vehicle and there was still brake dust on all four wheels. It appeared that the car was hosed off but not washed. Several days later we were contacted by the maintenance team and asked to bring the car back for an inspection that was required due to the repair that was performed. We were unable to get the car up to the dealership in a timely manner so the dealership said they would arrange for a technician to come to us for the inspection. We were told that once the technician had been assigned, they would call to coordinate the schedule. The technician showed up at our home the next morning without any coordination. Luckily the car was in the driveway and the technician was able to complete his inspection. More
