Only hiccup was their attempt to force to purchase a pre installed aftermarket security device which we fortunately for not want to pay for and want removed from the car professionally. We succeeded in dropping it from the price but they claim their supplier must do the removal. I got it in writing that they will do it when the supplier visits, but it will be a hassle for me. It's disappointing that dealerships are still pulling this surprise.... I fell for it 30 years ago at a Toyota dealer and will never be suckered again. More
