Cheryl always goes above and beyond, as did Jim Butler Kia. Having just received a total loss notification from my insurance co. and an untimely bout of pneumonia, which kept me on 3 days of bed rest, eve Kia. Having just received a total loss notification from my insurance co. and an untimely bout of pneumonia, which kept me on 3 days of bed rest, everything was handled by cell phone and internet and completed in one weeks time. Cheryl and I spoke frequently and I shopped online and built the details for my car, then let Cheryl do the work. Due to the particulars for my vehicle, none were around in the immediate STL area. An easy fix!!! They looked, found it and went to get it. The amount of time actually spent at the dealership was probably no more than 3 hours (total) in two days. Upon delivery (part of those 3 hrs) Cheryl went through the features of my new vehicle and sat kindly while I set some radio presets. I had been in a rental for 3-1/2 weeks without MY radio!!! Without MY Apple CarPlay!!! I didn’t realize how much those extra features meant to me until they were gone. But all is good again. I have a new Kia. I went with the Sportage AWD because STL weather is a tricky thing and I firmly believe that heavier body style is what took the brunt of being hit by a heavier vehicle. It was sad to see my previous car go, having had it only 6 months, but I have a new 2020 Kia and it is fabulous! Cheryl, Justin and Annie did great!!! Should not take 4 hours to buy a car. Went to this particular dealership because they advertise it should be as easy as buying a cellphone. That was not the case. Traveled 60 miles to go to Jim Butler Kia Really great experience buying my 2019 Stinger. From my initial contact to Jim Butler, Annie had me committed. I worked with Salesman Doug Wulff. Really great experience buying my 2019 Stinger. From my initial contact to Jim Butler, Annie had me committed. I worked with Salesman Doug Wulff. Mgr Chris Dixon was really helpful when I was torn between upgrading to a GT2 or staying with the base Stinger with the Premier package. Chris was very helpful in locating the GT2s in my price range at another dealership. In the end, I purchased the beauty on the showroom floor and I couldn’t be happier. Justin in finance was great! He knew I didn’t want to go through the documents line by line, so he pointed out the important areas for me. Which was fantastic! I’m sure he would have taken the time to inform me of everything if that’s what I wanted. Going to Jim Butler was not convenient for me at all as I live in IL but it was a very smart decision! Made car buying easy! More

Merry Christmas to me! My husband and I went to Jim Butler Kia, after work on the eve of Christmas Eve. After looking and comparing, chatting with Annie Lam, looking around some more, taking silly internet car matchmaking quizzes like 'what is your soulmate car' then shopping around some more, for over 2 months I finally traded my 2 cars for one! I had done a ton of research and knew what they had on the lot. Plus I'm super picky and knew exactly what features I wanted in a car. There were only 2 cars I wanted to see. When we got there we were going to just walk to lot and see what happened. Miss Cheryl promptly came out to greet us! After the test drive, reviewing the carfax, appraising my trades and crunching the numbers a couple times, we came up with a deal we could all agree on! Cheryl was super nice, knowledgeable & friendly! (Ask her about her secret to keeping homemade christmas cookies soft!) I asked a TON of questions, all which Cheryl fielded with grace! She also helped me connect bluetooth and understand a lot of the car's features! While in finance Justin was funny, kind and professional. Secretly, I think he is the agent for Nemo, Marlin and Dory because they all live in the massive fish tank in his office! Super cool! I was very appreciative that everyone we worked with was very conscious about leaving your personal information (phone #, address, social, etc) 'up or open' on their computers or paperwork-can never be too secure with that stuff! All in all, we had a fun, friendly experience with everyone at Jim Butler Kia and I'm happy to own my second Sportage! More
