I WAS NOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE DEPT, ON THE WAY I WAS TREATED ON THE SERVICE AND REPAIR OF MY 2020 DODGE RAM 1500. I WAS CHARGED A $195.00. FOR WARRANTY COVERED REPAIRS DONE ON MY 2020 DODGE RAM 1500. WHEN I ASKED THE SERVICE DEPT, WHAT CAUSED MY VEHICLE TO SHUT DOWN LIKE IT DID, THE SERVICE PERSON WAS UNABLE TO GIVE ME A VALID REASON WHY. IM STILL CONFUSED ON WHY WAS I CHARGED FOR THE REPAIRS DONE WERE COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY ON MY 2020 DODGE RAM 1500. I JUST WOULD LIKE A REAL EXPLANATION, ABOUT WHAT WAS REALLY WRONG WITH MY VEHICLE AND WHAT DID IT REALLY TAKE TO GET IT BACK UP AND RUNNING AGAIN. IM THANKFUL THAT IT WAS ABLE TO BE REPAIRED. More

Service department is terrible I was waiting for 5 hours to get my a/c diagnosed then charged $380 for a diagnostic. You can go to any other Jeep Dealer and diagnostic are at $180 then once I come to pick to get my a/c diagnosed then charged $380 for a diagnostic. You can go to any other Jeep Dealer and diagnostic are at $180 then once I come to pick up my vehicle it still took an hour for them to pull it out from the service department. Absolutely worst experience at a Mopar dealership ever. Highly Won’t Recommend More
