When I made the appointment a week prior to the appointment, getting an oil change within a two hour time span was no problem however, on the day of the appointment, my wife was told that it would appointment, getting an oil change within a two hour time span was no problem however, on the day of the appointment, my wife was told that it would take twice as long as promised. And I was recommended that I needed a brake fluid and engine coolant flush on a vehicle that is less than a year old and under 30,000 miles is GM using fluids that are that subpar? I doubt it but they tried to sell me several hundred dollars worth of service by using talking points such as engine, rust and boiling point of brake fluid. More

I have taken my vehicle in multiple times with zero resolution to my warranty issues. Third row seat has had a persistent warrantable issue with the head rests. I've been told after 3 visits that the resolution to my warranty issues. Third row seat has had a persistent warrantable issue with the head rests. I've been told after 3 visits that the problem was resolved, which after the third visit it was not. After the 4th visit, I was advised that the headrests have a defect ... this is precisely the reason and what was described when I initially took my vehicle in and now have to wait for the part(s) to arrive. The additional problem is a radiator hose leak which had a recall. I was told that I will need to wait up to 14 days for the part to arrive ... seriously ... if this is a manufactures defeat, why wouldn't a service department have parts available to address this problem as it arrises. Finally, I've repeatedly reported a "squeaky" break noise from my vehicle ... BRAND new 2024 Traverse and now told that it is a known issues since this model was released and not a warrantable issue, but can be cleaned for over $500.00! Not happy at all ... More

We prefer this dealership over any other due to the employees. They are all very knowledgeable and courteous to their customers at all times. When we were tempted to go somewhere else to get a better d employees. They are all very knowledgeable and courteous to their customers at all times. When we were tempted to go somewhere else to get a better deal on my trade, you made it happen to almost match their offer. My only advice is if you want to win customers over within the first 2 hours, offer the top max for their trade in vehicle, not the bottom lowest. Guaranteed you will get more customers that way if you have that "max" reputation. More
