I was sold a car with a crack in the windshield and without a 2nd key copy. When I told them within 24 hours of the car being delivered (at night for some reason) and have been dodged and mislead ever without a 2nd key copy. I still have no 2nd key and the crack is still not treated. I also recently had the 1st oil change done and got there before they opened to be the 1st customer in hopes of being a quick service. I walked thru the door and up to the counter where 2 people were working and was completely ignored as if I was not there. A manager who happened to walk in his glass walled office and see me standing there for a few minutes finally came out and asked if I needed help. Terrible customer service. I feel as if I'm being treated as less than a valued customer. More like a problem they are trying to get rid of. I highly regret my decision to do business with Lowkey Nissan and look forward to selling this car and working with a different company. More
