I was sold a car with a crack in the windshield and without a 2nd key copy. When I told them within 24 hours of the car being delivered (at night for some reason) and have been dodged and mislead ever without a 2nd key copy. When I told them within 24 hours of the car being delivered (at night for some reason) and have been dodged and mislead ever since. No one has tried to help me each time I've reached out. I still have no 2nd key and the crack is still not treated. I also recently had the 1st oil change done and got there before they opened to be the 1st customer in hopes of being a quick service. I walked thru the door and up to the counter where 2 people were working and was completely ignored as if I was not there. A manager who happened to walk in his glass walled office and see me standing there for a few minutes finally came out and asked if I needed help. Terrible customer service. I feel as if I'm being treated as less than a valued customer. More like a problem they are trying to get rid of. I highly regret my decision to do business with Lowkey Nissan and look forward to selling this car and working with a different company. More
