No one ever comes to work or answers the phone. Slow to complete paper work. Deceptive employee practices who tend to behave like juveniles.. After a month registration has not been sent. The phone receptionist doesn’t have a clue as to who works where so you are transferred all over the place. General Manager was nice. Everything and everyone else is JUST LOUSY & LAZY! More

Went in for service on my 2017 and walked out with THREE vehicles. Angelo is a GEM! His sales style isn't "sales-ish" at all! He is so informative, professional, calm, kind, and knowledgeable. Absolutely love the personality of the staff. They make you feel so welcomed and relaxed. I have been reassured and supported on my 2 trips there and ended up purchasing vehicles both times. Bought a 2015 Audi Q7 payed cash and was ensured that it was serviced 40 days later burned 2 quarts of oil front end shimmies all over at highway speeds. Charged us 2 grand for a preinspection service. Had was serviced 40 days later burned 2 quarts of oil front end shimmies all over at highway speeds. Charged us 2 grand for a preinspection service. Had to take the car back because the panel behind the seat came off, shimmy in the front end, not cleaned properly and the check engine light came on. The dealership had the truck for approximately four days to fully service the vehicle. I made numerous calls for an update and no one called back and eventually had to request the manager of the dealership. Not even a full month after they had the truck to address all the issues the oil light came on while out of town at a softball tournament. When it checked the oil level it was extremely low. After further inspection the Air filters was not changed, the wiper blades needed to be changed. I am I’m pissed off. I needed this suv for travel and my daughters softball. Not happy with this at all. They didn’t even clean the windows. More
