Angelo (our salesman) was great and extremely responsive; however the department getting us the temporary tags and payment was lacking. We still haven’t received our finance information, payment location an however the department getting us the temporary tags and payment was lacking. It would appear that a review of your remote sales could benefit by a review of the procedures for obtaining temporary plates and financing information. The front end of the process, sales, works very well; however the middle and end leave a bit to be desired. More

Angelo is the best employee they have. I purchased my Pathfinder from him back in May. Which he made the easiest process!
