I give your dealership a good solid Negative 5. Horrible experience, never coming back, telling all my friends. I bought a 2023 Rav4. It was not available for me to pick up until a Friday. Imme Horrible experience, never coming back, telling all my friends. I bought a 2023 Rav4. It was not available for me to pick up until a Friday. Immediately had problems with it making a noise. I texted my salesperson Angela the next day (Saturday). She told me it was a noise all Hybrids make and that I just needed to get used to it. Seriously! I went to the service dept of my Toyota and asked about the noise. He told me it was NOT a normal noise and he didn't know what it could be. I promptly returned the car on Monday because I was entitled to (5 days 500 miles) , and I didn't want to deal with a noise issue on a newer car. Angela was not there but I dealt with your hag of a used car manager. She had an edge to her from the minute I walked in the door. She lied to me and told me I couldn't return the car even though I had bought and paid $99 for the Morries Promise thing, giving me 5 days, 500 miles to return. I did not have access to the car until the Friday I picked it up and Angela confirmed my window started on Friday. This was Monday, 3 days later. Your used car manager kept lying to me and making up excuses why I wasn't entitled to return the car. She was an absolute witch to me. I understand your dealership wanting to make the sale and not wanting to take sold cars back, but then why do you offer a return window? There was something wrong with the car and she STILL lied and fought me and my right to return. Why have a return policy if you are going to fight it?? After all of her lying and me not backing down to her total rude attitude , she took the keys and I gladly walked out of your store! Absolutely NOTHING in the process of buying that car was a good experience. Angela felt totally unknowledgeable about everything and made stuff up when we were test driving because she didn't know the answer. She was not comfortable to work with AT ALL. She was not confident in anything she presented. The only good person was your finance person (long blonde hair). She was very nice. Needless to say, I am never coming back to any of your dealerships. More
