Kort Iserman

Totally unprofessional. Kort got this job because his daddy runs Morries. Zero chance he'd be in his position elsewhere. Not a bright guy and would never trust him again! My experience at Morrie’s Subaru in Mtka was great. My sales rep. was Erik Molyneut. Very helpful in explaining information. Has called and checked up on the getting comfortable with the new vehicle. I was in a 2012 Legacy and went to a 2026 so a lot has changed. So thankful for good customer service and support. It’s not always the case I will refer others to this location and Erik. More

As others have indicated, my experience with Mike the service manager was very troubling. He was incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional to me in front of people at the dealership. This matter is service manager was very troubling. He was incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional to me in front of people at the dealership. This matter is being reviewed by Subaru and, as expected, they are taking it very seriously. I have to assume that there are some good folks who work there, but my call to report the matter to Kort Iserman, the GM, was not returned. I also reported the matter to Morrie’s HR, and never heard back. During Subaru’s investigation of the incident, the dealership provided an explanation for Mike’s conduct that was not factual, though I will refrain from discussing those details at this time. Subaru is on top of things so I’m confident it’ll get sorted out. I obviously won’t be back to this dealership. That being said, I feel great about how seriously Subaru is taking this matter, and another major Subaru dealership was thrilled to have my business. My experience with Subaru has been truly excellent over many years, so this dealer-specific issue in no way changes my belief that Subaru is a solid company. I’ve had great experiences at the other Subaru dealerships in town so I’d happily recommend any of them over Morrie’s Minnetonka Subaru. If Morrie’s would like to respond publicly, I would welcome that. If any factual inaccuracies appear in their response, I will update this review with additional information. Should the dealership acknowledge what occurred and offer an apology for Mike’s inappropriate behavior I will consider removing this review. More

I asked Kip and the dealership not to call me. If I’m interested, I’d call. No one called and I like that! Everyone was very friendly and Kip has a great sense of humor. If I’m interested, I’d call. No one called and I like that! Everyone was very friendly and Kip has a great sense of humor. More

Overall, our experience was a bit frustrating. We came to inquire about a jeep Wrangler that we did end up buying. We were going to trade in and did trade in our Jeep grand Cherokee. The initial o We came to inquire about a jeep Wrangler that we did end up buying. We were going to trade in and did trade in our Jeep grand Cherokee. The initial offer was way too low and the second offer was on point with what we needed. The problem with that was that when the individual came and shared with us the price they tried to tell me that our grand Cherokee was leaking like crazy. This was an outright lie. I just have it serviced and knew for a fact, it was not leaking at all given it came from our trusted service provider. We owned our car outright and this should’ve been an extremely quick process and instead took four hours. We had our title and it could sign it over and there was no financing taking place. We still had to sit through a whole finance presentation and a storyline of being told that a person had to share these details or they could get fired. This is utterly ridiculous. They’re walking us through warranties and things like that that I explicitly stated that we do not want and I really don’t want to go through this. We were basically forced to sit and listen to all of that. Between those two different things that was enough to make it a really discouraging and disappointing experience. While we did still take the wrangler, I certainly would not recommend or return to try and go through that process again when it could have literally been a 60 minute scenario of treating in our car and buying the wrangler. Also being forced to sit through things when explicitly state I’m not interested is not only rude, but extremely frustrating. The only silver lining for us was that the thermostat went out a couple days later and because of the Morrie‘s promise that we have for the short window of time that was taken care of and the service gentleman who took care of us did an extremely great job. If the rest of the process had been similar to what he provided it would’ve changed the whole trajectory. More
