I wasn’t sure what to expect since the last time I had a bad experience. But I’m glad to say that this service went well. I nicely asked to not have a specific service advisor help me. Since the last time I was there I had a bad experience with him. I’m glad to say that my request was heard. And I got a very helpful and nice service advisor his name is Angel. He communicated well and told me what other service my car needed. I was happy this service went smoothly. I understand sometimes it could be a wait and busy day. I appreciated his good attitude and helpfulness.
