Bought a used car here last summer that only had one key. It’s one of those expensive push start keys and they said they would get me a spare. I buy the car and have to come back on a Thursday when the key g It’s one of those expensive push start keys and they said they would get me a spare. I buy the car and have to come back on a Thursday when the key guy is there. No biggie I take off one Thursday morning from work and head down there. Process is really quick and they tell me it’s a special order key that could take 3-6 months to get. Ok cool just call me when it gets in, but the call never comes. I call my salesman about 5-6 months later looking for my key and he says he’ll check on Thursday when the key guy is in and get back to me, which he never does. We repeat this process weekly for WAAAAY too long until he finally starts ignoring me. I call I text but no response. So I start calling the office explaining what I need and they send me to a voicemail that no one ever returns. I left at least 4 messages that were ignored. This morning I’m finally in the area of the dealership (not here often) so I decide to stop in and find out where my key is. Of course they don’t know but say it’s been too long so they can’t give me the key. They’ll split the cost with me but refuse to give me the key that was promised. Also don’t seem smart enough to realize that it’s been too long since I bought the car because they have been ignoring me for about 6 months now. Don’t do business here if after the sale service matters to you. They ignored me forever and then let me walk away mad over a key, you can can probably expect the same poor customer service. Apparently having repeat customers isn’t a priority here. Covert Ford Hutto is close by and those guys are fantastic, go there instead More

Fantastic buying experience. Luis was the best sales rep I have ever worked with. He was determined to get me the F150 exactly the way I wanted it. And he did! Never met Dustin. I’m still having problems with the vehicle. The tire pressure sensor still intermittently comes on. The Service dept blew me off. Very disappointed I’m still having problems with the vehicle. The tire pressure sensor still intermittently comes on. The Service dept blew me off. Very disappointed. When I got home with the new car I had to re-clean it. The windshield washer fluid tank was empty suggesting there was no pre-sale check. More
