Great service as usual. Not the fastest. An oil change is one hour at this dealership. Seems to be about normal since I've been coming here. Dealership seemed very busy. I Not the fastest. The sales floor is pretty fluid, friendly, efficient! Team is knowledgeable and the Finance team superb, top notch. The service team is very friendly and their lobby has a top tier level of amenities for Team is knowledgeable and the Finance team superb, top notch. The service team is very friendly and their lobby has a top tier level of amenities for the demographic they serve. Matt Netunno is an excellent service Manager! And their intake is at Chick-fil-A drive through level. The only down, is their back log and service times. A bit long, but understandable due to the volume of business they get! Nonetheless, between the Toyota legacy and thei customer service culture, this dealer is a no brainer. More
