I gave them 45 minutes to get me approved and it the door with a vehicle. With 3 minutes remaining all they had to do is take my money. All in all I give them an (A). Our salesman made a mistake, we all do. He owned it and apologized. He was wonderful! We waited 2 hours for the finance department only to be told we had to triple our deposit. I understand that the vehicle we purchased for our son in college didn't have a big price tag but I expected to not be belittled. The manager at the Clearance Center was smug in our brief interaction too. More
